Kalahari Resort (Rooms Now Sold Out)

A limited block of rooms has been reserved at Kalahari Waterpark Resort & Convention Center for the competition.  Reservations must be made prior to June 3rd, 2011 and are subject to a 3 night minimum stay.  After this date requests for reservations will be limited to rates and room styles available.  The Kalahari requires a deposit equal to the first nights room and tax charges at the time the reservation is made.  

Changes to your reservation's arrival and departure dates and. as a result, total length of stay (3 day minimum stay will still apply) can be made through June 10th, 2011.  After June 10th, 2011 any changes made to your reservation resulting in a reduction in the length of stay will result in full room and tax charges for the days that you dropped from your original reservation.

If you need to cancel your entire stay for any reason Kalahari Resort's cancellation policy is as follows:  Reservations canceled 72 hours or more prior to arrival are subject to a $25.00 charge.  Reservations canceled within 72 hours of arrival are subject to the forfeiture of the entire first night's room and tax deposit.
