General Information

The 2027 Regional Season runs from January 22nd through May 30th. We do not have shows on the weekend of March 26th – 28th (Easter Weekend), so you will have this weekend off.  We have about 3 to 5 events every weekend, which vary in size. The average Road Warrior works 15 shows per season. You will typically be traveling to a city on Thursday and returning home on Monday. A separate contract for a limited group of outstanding Road Warriors will be extended to attend our World Finals in June/July 2027.

All Road Warrior positions are traveling positions. We prefer if you reside in or around one of the below locations throughout the season. We are open to other locations, provided you are near a major airport. If you choose to relocate to be a Road Warrior, StarQuest will not provide any relocation assistance.

Real Talk:

This will be the most challenging (yet most rewarding) job you will take on. You will work long hours with minimal sleep and work with a team that is also working long hours with little sleep. It will be physically and mentally demanding.

We have high expectations for every member of our team. We are dedicated to providing the best experience possible for every guest in attendance each weekend. We are also dedicated to providing the best overall experience for our staff. We want to ensure that each individual grows, not only as an SQ employee but also as a human being.

We are aware that each person hired has a different goal in life. We want to help you achieve that goal and grow as much as possible while you are here. All of our full-time employees – including our Senior Leaders – started off as part-time office staff or seasonal Road Warriors, and we are always looking for ways to expand our team for those who put in the effort and interest.
