With so many external opinions and expectations, it can be easy to second-guess your instincts. Taking time to pause and check in with yourself can help you stay grounded in what feels true to you.
Today’s ‘Creative Energizer’ is Alicia Keys, a globally recognized singer, songwriter, and performer whose career has been shaped by authenticity and self-expression. Throughout her journey, Keys has spoken about the importance of listening inward and making choices that align with her values.
In reflecting on her growth, Keys shares how learning to truly listen to herself has helped guide both her life and her work. Her experience highlights a challenge many artists face: balancing outside input with their own instincts. Over time, developing that self-trust allows for more confident and intentional creative decisions.
