At Artists Unite Collective, we recognize that artistic development is deeply connected to personal identity. When young performers are given the space to explore who they are, their growth extends far beyond technical skill.

This week we are celebrating the joy that dance brings to all of us, from kids to adults, and Ebony is the perfect example! Ebony’s Adult Jazz Funk solo “Good Vibes” lit up the stage during our 2025 #SQSyracuse! From the very first beat, Ebony’s performance was pure joy, the kind of number that makes the entire room smile.
Even before stepping into the spotlight, the energy was undeniable. Supporters in the audience cheered loudly from the wings, and Ebony carried that love and excitement straight onto the stage. Their solo blended the sharp foundations of Jazz Funk with Afro and Latin polyrhythms and grooves, creating a performance that was as dynamic as it was fun to watch.
The best part? Ebony’s radiant smile. It spread through the audience like sunshine, reminding us all that dance is a universal language of happiness, connection, and community. For all ages.
Thank you, Ebony, for sharing your “Good Vibes” with all of us and for reminding us why we love to dance! We celebrate you as this week’s #SQMemoryOfTheWeek !
